Nothing else in this tier does all of it. A sapphire crystal at a price where Seiko fits Hardlex; a 200m rating with a screw-down crown; an in-house F6922 that hacks and hand-winds; and a three-year warranty that is longer than either Swiss brand on this site offers.
41.8mm across, 46.8mm lug-to-lug and 12.8mm thick is a genuinely well-proportioned diver rather than a slab, and the 120-click unidirectional bezel is a real construction detail.
The single deduction is that Orient publishes no US service price list. The movement is conventional and independents will quote it readily, but you cannot look the number up in advance the way you can with Seiko.
On paper this is the best value in the category and it is not close: sapphire and a hacking, hand-windable in-house caliber at a price where Seiko still fits Hardlex. Orient's three-year warranty is longer than Hamilton's or Tissot's.
