Corrections, questions, or a specification we got wrong. One inbox, one person reading it.
By Sawyer V. · Published
Dial & Lug is a publisher, not a retailer. We do not sell watches, hold stock, take orders or service anything — so if your question is about an order, the retailer you bought from is the one who can help.
For everything else, the form below reaches the same inbox as the email address, and one person reads both.
Reporting a correction
This is the message we most want to receive. Every specification on this site is supposed to be traceable to a manufacturer document, and when one is not, we want to know before the next reader does. Include:
- The page — a URL is ideal.
- The claim you think is wrong, quoted if you can.
- The manufacturer document that contradicts it, if you have the link.
We fix confirmed errors promptly, note the correction on the page and move its "last updated" date. That commitment is written into our editorial policy, so you can hold us to it.
What we cannot help with
- Valuations and authentication. We cannot tell you what your watch is worth or whether it is genuine. How to spot a fake watch covers what you can check yourself.
- Repairs and servicing. We have no workshop. Your manufacturer's service center or a local independent watchmaker is the right call — what servicing costs explains the difference.
- Sponsored posts and link insertions. We do not accept either, so a pitch will not get a reply.
Press and citation
If you want to cite the arithmetic in what it costs to keep a watch or the Keep Score method, you are welcome to — a link back is appreciated. If you want the underlying sources, they are listed on every page that uses them.
