Yes — if you buy the right one. The Presage SPB471 is worth it as a dress-dial everyday watch: sapphire, 100m, 72 hours and a published accuracy tolerance. The Cocktail Time is worth it for its dial and its $176 published overhaul, if you accept Hardlex, 41 hours and 50m.

Presage is Seiko's dress line, and on this site it spans a tier. The Cocktail Time — the SRPE15 and SRPB43 — is the Presage most people know, bought for its dial. The SPB471 is the Presage with a Prospex specification sheet. They share a name and a warranty, and little else.
